Terms of Service

startformfit.com ("FormFit", "we", "us") is a coaching brand run by two independent coaches in Romania:

• Andrei Călinescu, operating as Călinescu Andrei PFA (reg. no. 55270524)
• Andra Maria, operating as Andra Maria PFA (reg. no. 55572565)

The coach you choose is the seller of your coaching plan and the party you contract with. Cookbooks are sold by Călinescu Andrei PFA.

We offer online and in-person coaching in nutrition, fitness, and sleep, stress and recovery, as well as digital cookbooks.

Our coaching is not medical advice. We do not work with medical cases and do not diagnose, treat or cure any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication, talk to a doctor before starting.

Results depend on your starting point, consistency and circumstances, and are not guaranteed.

To buy anything on the site you need an account, created with Google or with an email and password. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

• Plans are available in four categories (Nutrition, Fitness, Sleep & Recovery, Complete Coaching) for 3, 6 or 12 months, as shown on the pricing page.
• When you buy a plan, you choose your coach. Your payment goes to that coach.
• You can pay in full or in monthly installments. Installments are charged automatically each month for the length of the plan.
• If an installment fails, we will contact you. Coaching may be paused until the payment is made.
• After purchase, your coach will contact you to start. Day-to-day communication happens on WhatsApp within the agreed hours.

• Cookbook access is included with Nutrition Coaching and Complete Coaching plans while the plan is active, and ends when the plan ends.
• Cookbooks can also be bought on their own. Cookbooks you buy separately are yours to access for life.
• You get personal, non-transferable access to your cookbooks through your account.
• You may not copy, share, resell, publish or distribute cookbook content, in whole or in part.

• Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON). Prices include all applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Any discount shown is the real difference from the price we previously charged.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers):

• Coaching: you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. If you ask us to start coaching within those 14 days, you will pay for the part of the service already provided. Once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
• Cookbooks (digital content): when you buy a cookbook, you ask for immediate access and agree that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first so we can fix it. This does not affect your legal right to dispute a payment with your bank. If a chargeback is filed, access to the related service or cookbook may be suspended while it is resolved.

The reviews on our site come from our Google Business profile. We remove reviews only if they are spam, fake, offensive or unrelated to our services. We do not remove reviews because they are negative.

All content on this site, including texts, recipes, programs, images and the FormFit logo, belongs to FormFit or its coaches and may not be used without written permission.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Romanian or EU law.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will always try to resolve a dispute with you directly first. You can also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC).

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Changes do not affect plans you have already bought.
