2.What data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and your profile name and photo if you sign in with Google
- Purchase data: what you bought, when, from which coach, and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Coaching data: information you share with your coach, such as goals, measurements, food preferences and progress photos
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp
- Technical data: basic information needed to run the site securely, such as your IP address and browser type
The plan-finder questionnaire on our site runs only in your browser. Your answers are not stored or sent to us.

- To create and manage your account
- To process payments and give you access to what you bought
- To provide coaching

- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations
4.Legal basis
- Contract: your account, purchases and coaching
- Consent: health-related information you choose to share with your coach. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: accounting and tax records
- Legitimate interest: site security, fraud prevention, and showing public Google reviews of our business
6.Public Google reviews
If you left a public review of FormFit on Google, we may show your name as it appears on Google, your rating and your review text on our site. If you want your review removed from our site, write to us and we will remove it.
8.How long we keep your data
- Account data: while your account is active
- Coaching data: for the length of your coaching, then up to 6 months, unless you ask us in writing (an email is enough) to delete it sooner
- Purchase and invoice records: for the period required by Romanian law
You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
9.Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- receive a copy of it
- withdraw consent at any time
Write to legal@startformfit.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority (www.dataprotection.ro).
